Business Development Executive (HR Services)

About The Position

  1. Take ownership of bringing new clients to the company and drive sales for Human Resource Services.

  2. Achieve Business Development objectives by engaging targeted strategic partners, identifying solutions, build and close complex partnerships, and negotiating contracts.

  3. Grow and maintain good rapport with prospects and clients through providing assistance with onboarding, implementation process, and client’s inquiries whenever necessary.

  4. Ensure timely management reports on sales-related efforts and revenue forecasting.

  5. Become a Trusted Advisor to our clients through educating and sharing about current market trends, changes, and challenges.

About You

  1. Tertiary education in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or other related fields.

  2. Must have at least three (3) years of HR-related professional experience.

  3. Candidates with payroll experience will be at an advantage.

  4. Self-driven and willing to take on new challenges as part of pioneering members.
